After graduating from the prestigious École hôtelière de Lausanne, Jörg Rauschenberger opened his first restaurant in Winnenden, Stuttgart in 1982.
Over the years, the company has grown to become one of Germany's leading fine dining and event catering companies. The geographic focus of the restaurants is Stuttgart, but the event catering division serves not only the entire national market, but also other EU countries and Switzerland. The company currently employs approximately 400 people, 2/3 of whom are full-time employees, including trainees, and 1/3 of whom are part-time or marginally employed.
